Any manufacturing faults or installation damages must be highlighted by the client upon receiving the item and before our team members leave the site.

LK will not be responsible for any damages or cracks that occur due to misuse after installation.

LK Items are all custom made, in the unfortunate situation of any manufacturing faults or installation damages, issues will be fixed on site.

Order cancellation within 24 hours, 100% of the order amount will be refunded.

Order cancellation after 24 hours and before 10 days, only 50% of the order amount will be refunded.

Order cancellation after 10 days, only 10% of the order amount will be refunded.

Any adjustment or modification on the order will only be accepted within 5 days of placing the order
