• Order cancellation within 24 hours, 100% of the order amount will be refunded.
• Order cancellation after 24 hours and before 10 days, only 50% of the order amount will be refunded.
• Order cancellation after 10 days, only 10% of the order amount will be refunded.
• Any adjustment or modification on the order will only be accepted within 5 days of placing the order

30 to 35 working days for Dubai locations

35 to 40 working days for the rest of the Emirates

Return & Refund Policy:

• Client must be avaiable on the delivery date to recieve and inspect the bed.
• Any manufacturing faults or installation damages must be highlighted by the client upon receiving the item and before our team members leave the site.
• LK will not be responsible for any damages or cracks that occur due to misuse after installation.
• LK Items are all custom made, in the unfortunate situation of any manufacturing faults or installation damages, issues will be fixed on site.
• All of our items are custom made per request and none is applicable for return.
