- LK Items are all custom made, in the unfortunate situation of any manufacturing faults or installation damages, issues will be fixed on site.
- All of our items are custom made per request and none is applicable for return.

- Order cancellation within 24 hours, 100% of the order amount will be refunded.
- Order cancellation after 24 hours and before 10 days, only 50% of the order amount will be refunded.
- Order cancellation after 10 days, only 10% of the order amount will be refunded.
- Any adjustment or modification on the order will only be accepted within 5 days of placing the order
