- Order cancellation within 24 hours, 100% of the order amount will be refunded.
- Order cancellation after 24 hours and before 10 days, only 50% of the order amount will be refunded.

- Any manufacturing faults or installation damages must be highlighted by the client upon receiving the item and before our team members leave the site.
- LK will not be responsible for any damages or cracks that occur due to misuse after installation.
- LK Items are all custom made, in the unfortunate situation of any manufacturing faults or installation damages, issues will be fixed on site.
- All of our items are custom made per request and none is applicable for return.
